Certain identity, contact, delivery and payment information is required for us to accept and fulfil an order. If you do not provide the required information, we may be unable to process the order or provide the requested service.
Please do not send us sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for us to deal with a specific request.

-
respond to valid requests from courts, regulators or public authorities; and
-

We may also disclose relevant information in connection with a genuine sale, merger, restructuring or transfer of all or part of the business, subject to appropriate confidentiality and data-protection safeguards.
We require service providers acting on our behalf to process personal information only for authorised purposes and to protect it appropriately.
7. Shopify
Our store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify processes personal information to provide and secure the ecommerce platform, checkout and related services.
For some Shopify services, Shopify may process information for its own purposes as an independent controller. More information is available in the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy at https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy/consumers.
8. International transfers
FAUNIVA is operated by a company in China. Personal information may therefore be accessed or processed outside the United Kingdom, including in China and in countries where Shopify or our other service providers operate.
Where UK data-protection law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we use an applicable lawful mechanism. This may include UK adequacy regulations, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, the UK Addendum to the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, or another legally recognised safeguard.
You may contact us if you would like further information about the safeguards relevant to your personal information.

We will respond within the period required by applicable law. These rights are not absolute, and in some circumstances we may lawfully refuse or limit a request. If this applies, we will explain the reason where required.
12. Complaints
If you have a concern about how we use personal information, please contact us first at yemingzhang97@gmail.com so that we can try to resolve it.
You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office. Information about making a complaint is available at https://ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint/.
13. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate and secure the store, remember choices and, where permitted, understand store performance and support marketing.
